This was a dreadful ship.
Money money - wanted all the way. Popcorn for the show was $2
Mattress was terrible not one good night's sleep - told the mattress would be replaced at the end of October.
Nothing to do for 65+ on the ship but play trivia.
Except for 2 good headliner shows the entertainment was BAD. Food terrible the whole cruise. Good service in my time dining - this did not make up for poor food and almost the same menu every night. Speciality dining no better Giovannis had worse food \cooking than the dining room. Johnny Rockets was a joke!!!
Some shore excursions were good.
No help for anyone with walking difficulties getting on and off the ship. Disembarkation was a joke. Walked up and back through the ship.
Any simple requests needed to be approved by a Supervisor e.g. Wanted a kettle took a few days to get it. Or the response was"that is not in my job description". When requesting sharpen pencils in one of the few craft activities.
I will no longer be Loyal to Royal!!!!
First 4 days battled plus plus with a filthy dirty cabin with a lack of toiletries etc. Cabin steward changed and the second steward worked hard to rectify all the problems
