This was my first cruise and I must say the overall experience was fair.
Document check was quick and smooth. Norma provide us with spot on service with a smile. Boarding the ship was quick and effortless and the room available sooner than expected. Even luggage arrived in a timely fashion. News letter was a great help and informative.
The trip listed 4 ports, we got to see two. Trip was to see the St Thomas/Bahamas. Understand that things happen but to miss two parts. Recvd money but not enough!!
