When the night of your cruise is how well the bar staff and your room steward is that should tell you a lot. Twice while dinning inmain formal dinning room our order was lost. We spent over hour 15 minute both times. The menu basically change between 2 different ones.so unless you opt for paying extra for meals dont expect any thing of quality. The back buffet serves hot dog and hamburger till midnight. The main attraction for breakfast was runny egg omelets. Forget getting an ice tea before noon. After 5 you can only get ice tea in dinning room. My room steward answer my question correctly customer service did not.

Bar service was excellent. Prepaying tip is not recommended. Dinner staff in main room dies not care even had one hostess tell us they know we already tip so why care. Bhilly and aileen gave great service in midshipmen dinning room. The food quality was okay. By the why has anyone ever heard of walleye cod? On the menu one night questioned it was oh yes tasty fish. Not one single shrimp dish was served for 5 day cruise.

Not worth the money spend it somewhere else. Go on a cruise with good food and service.
