We haven't done much travelling in the Med area so thought this cruise was an ideal way to see a lot of places for a taster. Great embarkation procedure. We had travelled Viking oceans before so knew what to expect of the ship, and where everything was.

The ship is well laid out, and the relaxing atmosphere on board is great. There are plenty of places to sit and relax both out in the fresh air and indoors. The entertainment on board, is good because each show isn't too long but is very professional. There is always a great presence of staff on board from The captain, who is usually very approachable, down to the maintenance guys, everyone has time to speak to you.

The shore excursions included are usually panoramic and therefore not of a great length but give a good overview. There is usually a shuttle bus in towns so you can go back after lunch or stay out and return when it suits. The optional trips are quite expensive so we feel it just depends on how keen you are to see whats on offer

Cabin Review

Cabin dv

A good level cabin middle of the boat, near the lifts and the laundry.

We feel we dont need anything higher than this as it fits our needs and is big enough (if we are offered an upgrade fine :))
