This cruise was like Spring break gone bad. Multiple people who are 1st timers and 20 plus cruises under their belts agreed that this was just an awful awful trip. 2 ports missed. Stinky smokey ship Horrible customer service horrible food unless you did specialty dinings which obviously costs more. Hidden costs every time you turn around. Terrible communication on board, and can't hear the captain when you are in your room. Slides were closed. Pool WAY too small. Several people fell in walkways away from the pool as they were wet. I consistent soap in restrooms as well as sanitizer stations, although they are constantly preaching to washy washy, yeah okay, y'all don't practice what you preach. Staff members seemed miserable and expressed that they have a disdain for the other staff members on the ship. We will NEVER recommend this cruise line. We will ALWAYS tell everyone how low budget and basic this experience was.
