The service any of the bars to get a drink was horrible. From the time we got on the ship until the day we left, it took forever to get a drink. Our first night in formal dining room...it took 4 of us, 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete our dinner. We decided to try the formal dining room again for breakfast and from the time we were seated until the time we got our food it was 50 minutes. Food was luke warm even. From the day we got there until the day we left we only saw our room steward 1 time. our tissue box in the bathroom was empty for two days until i asked guest services for more klenix. I could go on but it not even worth my time to type it....very unhappy with the over all cruise, will not go back to Norwegian, unless we hear of major changes...back to Royal Carribbean we go for now.
