The food and cleaning departments were super but the cruise directors were just horrible. 10 people were left behind in Vienna when a tour guide decided to leave 15 minutes early, guide and cruise directors didnt care at all. Entertainment on the ship was hideous music was a man playing a key board of songs from the 1960s and playing them badly. There were never enough seats in the lounge for people, and the free WiFi only worked in one small spot on the ship so everyone had to stand on top of each other to use it. Our room room smelled of dirty socks and while the cleaning tried hard to clean every surface, the manager of room services told us it was fine. Lastly we paid for a French balcony room only to see another French balcony room abutting ours one foot away every day. They stack there to four Viking boats next to each to save docking fees so all we saw was the boats next to us and at night they travelled to next destination so it was dark. Just the worst!

Deluxe Stateroom with French Balcony

Room stunk of old dirty socks. Cleaning group worked hard on it but the two main cruise directors tried to tell us it was ok that smelled so bad.
