The cruise was nice, but it fell a little short of my expectations. Most all of the staff was very friendly, but being in the explorer suite we expected a little more of a personable experience like we have received on other cruise lines. Our suite had several mechanical issues (we got locked out of our room twice, tv was serviced three times but still did not work properly, outside door hatch was not latched properly and banged open and closed all night, toilets didn’t work one morning). It would be nice to have a butler service like other cruise lines, and a direct phone number to that person if they are needed. The entertainment most evenings was only at 9:15 pm. We are accustomed to having the option of an early or a late show. We were not interested in waiting until late evening to see a show. A 6:30 and 9:15 would be a much better option. Not everyone wants to stay up that late.

Cabin Explorer suite

Cabin was nice, but we had several mechanical issues, and poor tv performance.
