We decided to give Norwegian a try after being an adamant Royal Caribbean advocate. We fell hook, line and sinker for their specials and "freebies". Well folks... DO NOT DO IT. What a huge disappointment. The worse mattress, unhappy crew, terrible cruise directors who yell their entire routine. You can not enjoy this cruise. Stay away. Crew never smiled, nor did they speak or understand english well. The cruise directors were loud and unprofessional. and activities were not enjoyable. We were set to port three times but only was able to port for one. Customer service treated your complaints inquiries and requests as a burdens and gave zero resolution. Games were comical and not organized at all. Drinks were water with a splash of alcohol and majority water and ice. Food was okay. With the exception of one premier restaurant that we really enjoyed. Did I mention the bad odor in the room? The harder than concrete mattress.
