Chose this cruise to see the two cities in Alaska we haven’t been to, Juneau and Ketchikan. Ship was delayed because of mechanical problems so Juneau was cut from the voyage. As compensation they gave us $100. in shipboard credit and 15% off a cruise in the next year. Big deal! We wanted an Alaska cruise and got Ketchikan and Prince Rupert in Canada. Did not get what we paid for! Also, called the cruise line about dispersing ashes while at sea, was told it would be ok, even received a letter explains the process and that our steward would contact us when it was time. After three days went to concierge and was told we couldn’t do it because we weren’t far enough out in international waters. Maybe when I called the cruise line they could have told me that! We were offered to go to a wine tasting, found out they were charging us $25. each, offered a sample of lemonchello with dinner, got charged for it. Had a massage at the spa and decided to buy some products for $350.00, they charged me $976.00 which was the larger package I didn’t order. Said they couldn’t refund me when I discovered the charge as it was already shipped. It wasn’t shipped until a week later and it cost me $54.00 to send it back, Still waiting on the refund
