First, as so many other reviews let’s start with the fact that they knew this ship was having issues before we left the port and they decided to take off anyway. With one engine working we didn’t go to our designated ports of DR and Grand Turk but instead ended up in Nassau. The refrigerators were not working. The elevators were malfunctioning. The ship was rocking terribly. And for some one who is a frequently cruiser even I had to take some Dramamine. Then to add insult to injury late night past the time that housekeeping should be coming in room an attendant decided to come in my room and stand in the doorway until I awaken out of my sleep and ask him why he’s here. There was roaches in my cabin when I notified guest services of the security issue with “Mr late night peeper” and the cockroach I was insulted by offered a bottle of wine or a steak dinner.
