20 cruises over 25 years and it certainly isn’t getting better. Every other activity on the daily schedule was either pay for it or they’re trying to sell something. Food quality is way down activities are almost nil unless you pay for them. Norwegian joy to Alaska is booked as a one day at sea when it was actually three days. So much for truth in advertising. One stop in Victoria BC is from 8 PM to 12 midnight that’s one of the days at sea in my opinion. I would suggest buying the dining package because the food on deck is fair at best. No more 24 hour pizza at one end and burgers at the other no more midnight chocolate buffets. The ship was built in 2017 and was quite elegant but lacked in any sports activities. Race track for kids and adults but quite expensive huge arcade also very expensive. Service overall was very good especially in the dining room and cabin. Shore excursions when booked through the cruise line are outrageously priced although Alaska tends to be more expensive.

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin IC

Cabin was typically small for an inside cabin although design and layout were useful.

Port Reviews

Seattle

Interesting city be prepared to climb a lot of hills. Pike place market was very fun

Glacier Bay

This of course should have been noted as a day at sea there are no excursions you’re on the boat the whole day we did see some very beautiful glaciers but three hours of that would’ve been more than enough

Victoria

Got off the ship at 8:30 PM and had to be back at 11:30 we walked into Victoria. Looks like a beautiful city that I would love to have spent more time in. Again this should’ve been noted as a day at sea
