I wanted to see Alaska. We chose the NCL Jewel because it went to the Hubbard Glacier, Glacier National Park, and the main towns Ketchikan, Juneau, and Skagway. The price was reasonable so we chose to do our first back to back trip. The service was friendly. The food was good in the main dining rooms. buffet, and specialty dining. The entertainment was enjoyable. Fire an Ice was our favorite entertainment. Cruise Director Dan did an excellent job. We booked these cruises separate so we changed cabins in between cruises. We were given a sticker to wear in Seward so we could walk right in without waiting in line to board the ship to start the second seven days of our cruise. In September there were only a few children which was nice. They had 700 children on a 7 day cruise in the summer. We stay in an inside cabin because we are only in our room to sleep.

Cabin Review

We had 2 adults in the room. The cabin is small but enough room to function. They picked our rooms so we were on the 8th floor aft. and the 4th floor mid. Both room were fine.
