I've been on many cruises on many lines. I've read many of the review of the Breakaway and can't believe the comments made by disgruntled passengers.

I thought the food was very good. I ate breakfast ast the buffet every day because I got up too late to go to the dining rooms. The food was very good. The omelets were delicious. The pastries and fruit were also very good. Even the precooked scrambled eggs were good.

I ate at Cagne's, Le Bistro and La Cucina. The service was impeccable, the ambiance very pleasant, and the food excellent. Not your top end restaurant quality, but one step below. I had the filet mignon twice and the lamb chops once and they were cooked perfeclly and were delicious. The appetizers and deserts were outstanding. Read more
