Trip Details
  • Sail Date: Sep 2019
  • Destination: Canada & New England
  • Cabin Type: Inside

wanted to see the Maritimes, hopefully with fall colors, but too early for that, up the St Lawrence was great, lots of little , villages. fantastic homes in Newport, must hv been nice to have money in those days

only downfall was number of ports where you had to tender in, some were 25 min each direction

ship was very modern, wonderful staff in rooms & eating places

ate all meals in Garden Cafe where food was very varied and good

dress was casual which I prefer , entertainment in Stardust lounge very good

enjoyed Halifax, Pier 21 was very enjoyable ( this is where immigrants landed, and had a Titanic exhibit, weather was good, sea rough coming into Rhode Island, end of hurricane Dorian

Did not leave ship in most ports because of tendering and I use a cane to get me around

very happy with trip and will most likely do it again
