I chose this cruise line because it was going to the ports 8n Italy, France, and Spain that we wanted to see. Not the best cruise I have ever been on. Embarkation went wonderful. Actually got dropped off at the port and was on the ship and had my luggage in my room all in less than a half hour. All kind of went down hill after that. Housekeepers were rude all the time. I never even met mine until the third day of the cruise. I asked two times for the light in the bathroom to be replaced because it kept blinking all the time, but never was changed. Not enough staff for the amount of passengers on the ship. Had to wait for everything all the time. Had to meet twice in the Epic Theater to disembark for excursions and the staff were all so rude and treated us as if we were children. Food was just ok. Cabin rugs need to be replaced as they are old and worn. Had footprint marks on couch. Had to keep my balcony door closed as people were smoking on theirs and the smell was coming into our cabin. Did call the gust service to see if they could do something about the smoke, but nothing was done about it. Will most likely not choose Norwegian again.
