We chose this cruise because it left from our usual cruise port and was going to Bermuda.
The port was Canaveral which we find exceptionally efficient! Embarkation processing was as fast as we could walk. Cabins were ready by 1:30 and our luggage showed up prior to dinner (we did not have FTTF or elite status).
Cabin stewards offer AM, PM, or twice a day servicing, extra pillows and towels when they come to greet you. Our steward was nice and did a pretty good job.
The cabin was as expected per web site description. There was a stain on the curtain but that is part of wear and tear to me, no big deal. Otherwise the cabin was clean. The beds were a bit firm for me but our travel blow-up mattresses made it comfy. The A/C worked well which is a big plus. The tv mount allowed it to move toward the bed more but not toward the couch/desk area much. The bed is by the balcony, not the bathroom. The cabin requires that you keep one Sign and Sail card in a slot to retain power to the lights. We found that an old gas gift card worked fine for that so we didn't keep leaving one card in the room by accident. The shower has a curtain that had 2 places detached from the hooks, broken. We had some clips that helped with that.
Again, the little things mentioned here are really no big deal to us I mention them in case it helps someone else that has this cabin booked.
