This was our second ever cruise having had the most brilliant of times on our first cruise, also on the Equinox in June this year. We thoroughly enjoyed this one again BUT standards seem to be slipping in some areas, to an unacceptable level. Good bits first.
Our concierge Jan was brilliant, he served us the first time too. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he even went out of his way to help us find our destination in Puerto Rico even though he was off duty.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)
Love Fort Lauderdale, excellent promenade for evening walks.
San Juan
Lovely old town with so much to see and do, would like to have stayed there longer.
Freeport
Our trip was cancelled, instead we went to Freeport to drop off emergency supplies which was a great gesture hence our score. We donated the cruise refund we were given to the appeal, hope others did the same.
