An absolutely outstanding cruise! The cabin steward. was very personable, efficient and attentive to maintaining the supplies in the cabin. All of the restaurant staff were very professional and courteous. Le Bistro and Cagney's were similar to dining in a four star restaurant with great service, presentation and quality of the dishes. Taste was especially a good place for breakfast that was not rushed with a great view. The Tram in Juneau provided spectacular views and was a fun time. The White Pass railway tour in Skagway was true adventure. Glacier Bay was the highlight of the tour with whales, Orcas, porpoise and mountain goats.NCL cannot control the weather and gale force winds prohibit docking in Ketchikan. Disappointing but understandable. The onboard comedians were funny, Beatles show was a real tribute and activities in the atrium and throughout the ship were very enjoyable. Having read previous reviews with negative comments on embarkation, disembarkation and elevator wait times, I was apprehensive about this cruise. Fortunately, this was not my experience. A extremely well organized process for embarkation and disembarkation in Seattle. Rarely was there a wait time of more than a few minutes for the elevators. Much better than most high rise office buildings with fewer people. Definitely participate in Port Valet service in Seattle if you qualify. This is a free service that delivers your luggage directly to the airport. A fabulous cruise experience.
Great view from the forward Oceanview cabin. Very comfortable bed with plenty of storage.
