Everything about the cruise was top notch. Accommodations were outstanding and we really enjoyed the variety of dining options and special events. We especially enjoyed trying the steam and regular saunas, cold plunge pool and 'snow' room ... quite a unique experience. There were learning experiences at every turn from pictures with explanatory plaques lining the hallways to the displayed artwork with attached narratives.

However, the thing that continues to make Viking our favorite cruise line is the service. We didn't encounter one surly or indifferent crew member. We were so amazed that we ended up asking the ones we became close to why they chose Viking and, to a person, they said that the overall package and treatment Viking extends to them is far better than cruise line(s) they had worked for before. The theme was that Viking was 'family' and they were treated as such.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.
