Don’t go near this cruise line you are warned. Utterly Utterly hopeless unless you want cold food , cold t and coffee, served on cold plates with order that belong to other people.

We obviously got training staff who had not got to - how to make toast lesson, or serve everybody at the table their first course before serving others their second . If our happy to let other tables order your food this is the cruise for you. They will tell you that all complaints can only be dealt with after the cruise is over and they never get back to you.

Embarkation was late due to storm which they could do nothing about but then we had a eight hour delay when we were treated to a bottle of water and a packet of crisps. I assume the idea was that after you had eaten them you had to get to get her with others to make a seat for you to sit on for the eight hours.
