I chose this cruise because I liked the itinerary. I chose the cruise line because of the excellent reviews. The shore excursions were excellent and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. On-board activities were also very good. I really appreciated the fact that points of interest were announced in advance so that those wishing to go to the upper deck to observe were able to do so. The daily briefings were excellent, they really prepared travelers for the next day's activities in terms of history and points of interest.

Service was excellent and the crew was always available to assist with any questions or requests. I was amazed that staff members could actually remember and address travelers by name. I still can't figure out how they did that. Dining was excellent, I loved the open seating. There was quite a bit of variety on the menus and everything I had was well prepared and very palatable.
