This was our first cruise, so we did not know what to expect! It was overall an excellent experience. Flights arranged by Norwegian ok, 1 stop before arrival to arrival, departure city. Great cruise line, everything was well organized...Good value for money. Was overwhelmed at first with the 4200 ppl on board. Lots of activities to choose. Cabins with balcony very nice. Showers were excellent, instant hot water. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food and wine top notch. We had 3 specialty restaurants which were excellent. Nightlife had numerous opportunities although most were jam packed and we could not get into them. Excursions were well organized but lots of waiting time to get onto or off buses. Florence excursion did not provide enough time to see everything. Ports were great. Waiting for bus to airport on departure day somewhat chaotic. We had to load our luggage onto the bus, no one to help...
