Chosen for ports of call. Great destinations. However the ship is worn down. The food is substandard compared to competitors. Many of the workers did not now how to charge versus packages. We were overcharged many times and had to go to guest services to get charges fixed. This was do to employed not knowing benefit package allowances. Smoking is still allowed in many areas mainly casino just behind the times. We would have spent a lot of money in the casino as we usually do but do to your out dated policies we did not spend a dime unfortunately for both of us. Activities and programs are ok but could easily be improved. We last did Celebrity and they have evolved compared to Norwegian. This cruise could have been much better with little effort. Evolution is part of buisness if you do not evolve you will be left behind. We are well employed and fairly young 40-50 years of age. People like us will either use your brand or go to your competitors. Look at your future Customers or not?

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Cabin was average. Good space but needed refurbishment. Everything was outdated worn furniture bathroom grout etc. cabin steward was excellent many people on the ship were good workers and made up for ship overall. However, if Norwegian wants to compete with other current cruise lines. Who are after my generations current financial status will need to do better we are the future customer!
