The entire purpose of the trip was a fishing excursion in Juneau. Our Juneau port was cancelled and that was extremely disappointing. Instead of offering a discount for the next cruise (to same ports) They gave us $100 to be spent on the ship. Most of the crew were not friendly, we ate at the bayou for an extra charge and the food was terrible!!! : It tasted like it had been frozen and prepared in a microwave! The website said ship was refurbished but it was outdated. Their system for boarding and unboarding, seems to work really well!. For my 1st cruise, there just wasn't anything fascinating about it. 8 just had higher expectations. They replaced Juneau with prince Rupert island and that was awful. Prince Rupert island is like one huge flea market, not a fair trade to Juneau whatsoever!! The gratuities are a joke. Our steward deserved 90% of our tips. Only ONE bartender the entire trip made an excellent drink with a good attitude, the rest were very unfriendly and acted like we were an inconvenience when we ordered. It was just not the trip I thought it would be.s
