Our travel agent recommended Scenic. The all inclusive feature made it attractive and a great choice. The ship was top of it's class, clean and well kept. The staff could not be beat, friendly, professional and always pleasant, remembered everyone's names and you never lacked for refreshments. The shore excursions were great but often exhausting and challenging for those with mobility issues. The dining area was large enough but an improvement would be to have reserved tables for dinner. We found the food was often not hot, small portions and lacked that "wow" factor. The "TailorMade", the excursion communication system, needs improvement. It's heavily promoted but has lots of flaws. It's not friendly for the age group Scenic promotes, seniors. The concept is good but goes mute in the castles, range is limited, constantly needs charging and too many choices in the menu. Even the tour guides don't like it. But it was still an amazing time.
