1)  Ship is spotless - clean carpeting, clean flooring, no rust - crew always working

2)  Service - in both our Cabin and during any of the dining times/locations was excellent

3)  Crew - always smiling

4)  Captain - very approachable and friendly

5)  Shampoo & Body Wash in Cabin is MSC's signature product - very nice

6)  Interior Cabin - storage adequate

7)  Interior Cabin Shower - one suggestion that worked for us - shower is very 'tight' and curtain clings to you during shower - but you are able to shower without having the curtain pulled if you have the water directed appropriately - water does not flood the entire bathroom area - a quick wipe up and all is well - curtain not really necessary

8) Buffet - is very crowded and difficult to find seating during peak times - but staff is always wiping tables and doing their best to accomodate everyone - there is plenty of outdoor seating but not real comfortable in the heat - not sure if this is something that will be addressed during Dry Dock or not

9) Poolside - never had trouble finding a lounge however people do tend (as on every ship)  to throw a towel down and reserve for extended time - lounge chairs are not good for reading - but there are 'chairs' also around the edge of the pool which are usually stacked that you can move to wherever suits you - I would move a chair alongside a lounge and all was well for me

10) Embarkation - arrived at ship about 11:15 and almost walked right on - it was great

11) Debarkation - exceptionally fast - Key West was our last port and we all went through Customs there - agents were on ship and we simply had to show our Passport - back in Miami there was no Customs

12) Fitness Center - used daily by husband - equipment okay - he is suggesting they could add the following:  leg press, bicep machine, tricep machine, pull-up bar

13) Deck/Poolside - the one area of the ship that was "worn" and definitely needs replacing is the rubberized part of the deck - it is worn and has holes in it - I would think this would be addressed during dry dock.14)  Gelato and Soft Serve Ice Cream - on Deck 11 - is complimentary - can have it in either a little  bowl or waffle cone - had 2-4 choices daily

15) Surf n Turf Venue - very good service and food exceptional - husband said it was the best Rib Eye Bone-In he had in a very long time

16)  Food in other venues - we enjoyed everything offered and had no difficulty in finding something we enjoyed - no complaints
