We went on this cruise to go to Bermuda. To start our cabin was 9692 right across from the service elevators. There was noise and the cleaning cart outside our door everyday! We booked our room through RC and was told by the travel agent was a great room! We tried to change rooms but were told they were sold out. The food was not good! So disappointed in the windjammer for breakfast. We tried all the other restaurants for breakfast and they were all mediocre. The entertainment was not what we had hoped for. Most of the shows we have seen on other RC ships have been fantastic. The best show was the comedian Kiwi Rogers! The “Gift” was an odd show and hard to follow. The only thing that was good were the special effects. Spectra’s Cabaret was way out there! Left the show after 15 minutes into it. The show “We Will Rock You” started out with a modern twist. It was long, one hour and 50 minutes. Too long in my opinion. It was good in the end with all the great songs from “Queen”! The last show we saw was “Revoiced”. This was good but too long too! The shows were geared more for an age group of 20’s to 40’s. The age range on this trip was 50’s to 70’s. The ship seemed crowded even though it is a smaller ship then Allure. The Allure ship didn’t seem crowded and the food was much better!

Anthem falls short to Allure

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony
Cabin 5D 9692
The cabin is smaller then the cabins on the Allure. Smaller bathrooms and room area. There wasn’t a table in front of the sofa. The side tables on either side if the bed were about 12” across.
Deck 13 Inside Cabins, Balcony Cabins, Suite Cabins
