Went for our 1st anniversary. Grouchy workers, we got yelled and snapped at us several times. The specialty restraunts just ignored us and wouldn't open the door. The specialty restraunts are very rude and treated us like we were too poor to be worth their time. We felt discriminated against. We had chunks of old food on our plates and silverware 3 times. I got food poisoning. They tried to scam us out of our non refundable excursion. They said we were an hour late when we had walked straight from our room with the clock we are supposed to go off of and confirmed the time. They tried to do rhe same thing to my brother on another cruise. The customer service was so bad I was in tears. I dont know what happened. I went with royal before and it was ok. We will never go on a royal Caribbean again.
