Cabin: Inside

We chose NCL due to affordability and its casual atmosphere. We especially enjoyed these entertainers: Harry 0 the Irish guy, the Ukrainian aerialists, Jose and Patti, and the Elements show. La Bistro and Teppanyaki both A+. Cagney’s B (tough filet mignon), Bamboo C (over-seasoned), O’Sheehan’s B+ (good breakfast and lunch, other times not enough servers), Venetian and Aqua B (tough red meat, over seasoned or oddly seasoned), Garden Cafe D (hit or miss). All baked goods and desserts excellent no matter what restaurant.

Excursions: Kennebunkport B - not much to see except Bush compound from a distance, Bar Harbor A - Testa’s for lobster, Quebec City A - long walk to tourist area.

Our cabin 4501 was fine. At the bow, we rarely heard any noise from our neighbors. We occasionally heard a scraping rattling noise. The cabin (inside) isn’t pitch black since light enters through the peep hole, etc. Small space, but affordable.

Cabin Review

Inside

Cabin IX

The cabin is small, however adequate and affordable. We rarely heard noise from neighboring cabins. We occasionally heard a scraping rattling sound. The inside cabin isn’t pitch black as light enters through the peep hole, etc. Not much storage space. We put one suitcase under the tv desk and the other under the vanity desk. We put the stool in the closet. We asked our room attendant to remove the items from the fridge. We used the fridge for our purchased water. We felt the ship’s movement when standing, but not at all when lying down in bed. No need to bring shampoo as that is supplied. Bring an Air fresher for the bathroom. Excellent quality shampoo/conditioner. Comfy bed. Warm blankets. Fluffy towels. Immaculately clean.
