Previously sailed on the Epic twice, this was the third time but never again.

The standard of the Haven facilities have seriously deteriorated, whilst the cabins areof a very high standard, the facilities and added luxury have demised.

On previous sailings the Haven had certain parts of the ship that accommodated smokers One being in the posh bar where you could have a relaxing drink and a cigarette the other being on the top deck. When we went to the posh bar we where told that this facility had been stopped and you were not allowed to smoke in either areas. Read more
