We originally chose this cruise as a Cuba & Key West itinerary with a stop at Great Stirrup Cay. Our itinerary changed several times (including even as we were aboard the ship because of Hurricane Dorian) and I was frustrated that the cruise was still departing even with the storm looming but in the end the weather was pretty fantastic and we still got a chance to stop at Key West. Our family was very impressed at the cleanliness of the ship and the service throughout was fantastic. My favorite band by far was the Iguana Duo (I went to listen to them nearly every night) but many of the other acts on the ship were underwhelming. I loved the drinks at the Sugarcane Mojito Bar but found the bartenders there to be particularly unfriendly and inattentive. Aside from that, the cruise staff in restaurants and throughout were always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food overall and did not partake in any of the specialty dining but I would have expected the food in the main dining rooms to be more than just average catering hall quality. I did not participate in many of the ship's activities but found the bingo game to be drawn out and boring. I was surprised to find that the fitness center had such outdated weight equipment (mainly the limited dumbbells and no barbells or kettlebells). We did not book any of our excursions through the ship as it seemed that better value was found making plans on our own. The ship photo gallery was offensively overpriced--next time, we will not bother buying the professional photos. Overall, I enjoyed the cruise and will be going on another Norwegian cruise next year but am hoping to find better food (and a better gym) and more consistent entertainment on the next ship.
