Friends and family had nothing but praise for this cruise line. Unfortunately the embarkment was 45 min off and disembarking was a hectic cluster as the cruise line did not follow their own policy. As we did obtain their green banding and waited for our call as told...when our call came we found the whole ship and passengers were left in an unruly manner. Causing mass confusion. Which makes one wonder what what would happen in the event of an emergency. Our cabin was not cleaned to the standard we had expected with dust and hair found sporadically around the room. When returning to our cabin after many hours we had to ask or forgo cleaning of our room on many days and fill our towels ourselves. In all fairness our dining was 5 star. Entertainment and activities were in abundance. It did take multiple calls and 3 days to get water for my husbands cpap. Bermuda itself is a beautiful island but the excursions, for the cost, was not actually worth the money.
