They do not know the meaning of "All Inclusive" or customer friendly. Everytime your turn around they are trying to charge you for something. Whether it be the seafood shack or steak house , they are charging you for something, not just the drinks. Don't waste your money on a cruise with Carnivale , they just want to get you on the ship to sell you as much stuff as humanly possible. And, not to mention the cut one of our ports off because of Hurican Dorian, they spend that day trying to sell you more crap u don't need. Their customer service is crap. You tell them your issue and they repeat explanations, not helpful answers but robotic explanations. I was ready to go home the second day. Here's a idea Carnival, if you are going to cut someone's port for any reason, give them the option to either go or reschedule for another day. Oppps, but that may make you loose money and we know that your only concern. Not happy with my shortened trip. Do better Carnival, and stop nickel and diming your customers!!!
