We just got back from a 5 day cruise on the Enchantment. It was my husband and I with our 2 kids (9 and 11). We had an overall fun trip. We have cruised a lot in the past but this was our first time with RC. The ship had great customer service. It was clean and well maintained.

The buffet was very overcrowded, My kids got run over, we had trouble getting to the food and finding a table. The buffet food was average with little variety. The main dining food was outstanding with a large variety. We had the best waiters we have ever had on a cruise before (Sanjay and Miroslav, table 79).

We booked the Galley tour at a discount after boarding. The tour was fun and the bottomless mimosas were nice.
