Sail Date: Aug 2019
Cabin: Verandah Stateroom

Having sailed on this ship some 18mths ago we were surprised at how some parts of the cabins had deteriorated in particular 5022

Last year we could not fault them after all this was a comparatively new ship but has gone downhill since

The shower recess had mould. Now it would not take much to remove it but in the 21days it was not. Our steward was lovely but they are pushed to the limits so cleaning mould was not part of his cleaning schedule.

Port Reviews

Katakolon (Olympia)

Took a Taxi.

Disappointed in the actual Olympic site but thought the town was lovely & we wish we had spent more time there

Athens (Piraeus)

Took a ferry to Island of Aegina off Athens. Wanted to see outside of Athens & glad we did. Busy little town small narrow lanes full of shops & restaurants.

Gibraltar

If you have been to Gibraltar previously we would not bother again. Unfortunately had no choice as same port previous cruise last year

Barcelona

Shuttle bus into city. Very impressive city. Went to the food markets they are amazing. Had plenty of free time
