Even though I contacted NCL cust. svc. a least twice before boarding the ship and even I minutes before checking-in to confirm if there will be any changes on the itinerary, to have the opportunity to cancel the trip, but right after checked-in, we were warned abut complete change of itinerary for a place not even similar to the original destination. (Cozumel instead of Bahamas Islands)
During the whole trip (most at sea) the crew never agreed on notifications and contradicted themselves all the times. The level of missinformation handle by NCL personnel on board was incredible and at no given time we felt that the situation was under control due to the continuous changes of notice.
Also the entertainment after being forced to spend extra time at sea was dull with very few options, even the case of being notified of "continental breakfast being available from 5:30 am" (posted in a flyer) but after ariving before 6am, all buffete areas were closed even the waitreses were ashamed of it that they did the extra effort to provide a meal from Room svc.
