hi we chose this cruise due to sail date and suite cabin option which included drink and tips. We have normally sailed with RCL so was good to hear membership was transferrable. We had a lovely spacious suite at back of boat very large balcony, bathroom good size also, not sure if room had been upgraded but all was good. Suite pool deck was fab very clean, quiet and comfy although service could be improved, appeared to be more their junior staff here. We did not utilise retreat lounge bar really last day as had drink package etc but again was lovely , nice bar free drinks, snacks etc again very quiet. A lot of areas had been refurbished so were very nice and stylish, loads of nice bars, live music, shows very good especially comedians, night life lot quieter than on RCL but enough for us. We went to murano which was very good staff excellent, as our anniversary we were given lovely cards, champagne and cake , butler i think organized.we also ate in blu more that our lumiere restaurant due to choice and atmosphere, although suite class restaurant food was excellent again just a little quiet at times, we also ate one night in main restaurant but preferred others but again no real issues. Food excellent, drinks eckennet, buffer even ok although a lot busier. Port stops good bar costa maya which was really just a nice walk around port with shops and bars, but enjoyed getting off ship and having a walk about. We didn't use gym or spa but did visit and looked good spec, pool area always busy but we didn't use this area, sun set bar at back of ship one of our favourites and world class bar, all staff very pleasant and quality very good would sail again on this ship and with celebrity.
