The cabin had a filthy stained rug and film over the mirrors. All the electrical outlets did not work. The urine smell coming from toilet was strong. They offered to replace the carpet but would have to move all our belongings. They offered to shampoo carpet but the smell from the chemical may cause allergic reaction so we said no.

The casino floor staff was hard to find and during smoking hours they did not put out ashtrays until asked.

The food was just okay unlike my last trip. We had to revert to anytime dining to get good food. The desserts were bland but the cookies were great. The wait staff was usually there to take drink orders. Read more
