We had FTTF and at 5PM our bags were not delivered yet. We found them out on a dolly in the mail hall and took them ourselves. Our room steward said we should tell customer service since we paid for that servcie and did not receive it. We received a call from the service manager the next day and we were refunded FTTF in full and still permitted to use all FTTF perks for the cruise duration.
Carinval hub app worked great for me. Had to log out, back in a couple of times, but that was the worst of it.
Southern Lights dining room-we requested a large table with strangers-first night we were in a booth alone. Neon and his crew were fantastic. Maitre D switched us to table 628, Mihaela and her assistants; Anom and Komang were our servers for the remainder of the cruise and they did not disappoint. Absolutely fabulous!
Room was a little noisy, but not intolerable. Nothing in room was aged or outdated. Room Steward; Carole did a great job. Room is right near mid elevators. Convenient location-completely mid ship.
