The reason we chose this cruise was because it was out of Charleston; and we could drive to the port. This was my second cruise and my friends first cruise. We stayed over night in a hotel and shuttled to the port. The embarkation was smooth; took about 15 minutes from the time dropped off till on this ship. The ship is nice; a little outdated; but very clean; we got a balcony room; and it was spacious for being on a ship. We ate at the steak house one night and that was really good; and we did dining room one night also; and that was O.K. We did have Guys Burgers and would highly recommend it. Otherwise we ate at the buffet; and that was good. The entertainment was awesome. The shows and dancers/singers were great. We also made it to Bingo a couple of times and trivia and these activities were awesome. I would recommend going to the Skycourse; the view is gorgeous and the staff was great. The casino was great; we enjoyed our time down there and the staff was awesome. The only issue we ran into at all on the ship was how slow the bar service was at almost every bar on the ship. We did an excursion in the Bahamas to Blue Lagoon; which was swimming with the Dolphins; would recommend. Half Moon Cay is gorgeous and look forward to going back. I would do this cruise again; the only thing I might do different is to explore the Bahamas without an excursion. The cruise director Adam was very entertaining and engaged all the guests;and made the cruise enjoyable, Debark was also really quick and only took about 30 minutes from the time we left the room until we were on the shuttle.
