We've cruised NCL many times and love the perks of Haven. On this cruise there was an overabundance of children in the Haven area and unmonitored by their parents. Many times in the Haven restaurant the unruly children were literally crawling under other guests' tables, playing at the empty tables, touching the plates, silverware and glasses as though they were having tea parties. The staff couldn't discipline the children and were left trying to walk around them as they waited on us. We had a courtyard Haven suite #17009, not the best. Our tub was extremely difficult to get in/out of. The bathroom door continuously fell off the track. We always tip our butler at the beginning or the cruise and they switched out butlers on our floor three days into the cruise. The afternoon treats delivered to our Haven suite was peanut butter & jelly sandwiches on two occasions with stale potato chips. Not the Haven perk we came to appreciate on other NCL ships. The food was spectacular in the Haven restaurant and specialty restaurants. We had some of the best servers ever on this cruise and enjoyed a spectacular wine tasting event onboard. Being on the 17th floor we often took the elevators - or tried to. Elevators were always packed. The ports were very busy, excursions were crowded. Overall, we would not take this cruise again.
Eze was a fascinating city but you couldn't appreciate the views.
Beautiful city. We toured several areas and then went to a local winery.
Wish we had more time here. It took a while to travel to Montserrat. Had a great guide, very educational.
