Sail Date: Aug 2019
Cabin: Oceanview (obstructed view)

We wanted to see the glaciers of Alaska, and Princess provided a good price for this voyage. The inside cabin with obstructed view was very obstructed with rescue boat blocking the whole window (625). The ship on the whole was in good working order. The staff seemed understaffed and Customer Service (Purser) were not on the ball for a billing/corkage charges to our account. Food on the whole was good, except the hot steamers on the Horizon Buffet did not seem to hold the food warm, cold at times.

Our cabin was well maintained. Ship clean.

The debarking at the ports went well, except it would be nice if the signs directing direction to gangplank might be more informative.

Cabin Review

Oceanview (obstructed view)

Cabin OV

The cabin was comfortable and plenty of space. The Steward was ready to help.

Port Reviews

Ketchikan

Salmon fishing trip cancelled account weather. Visit the port for a few minutes

Glacier Bay

There was no option for going ashore. Park Rangers came on Board and answer questions and provided some commentary for the area. The scenery was spectacular and the slow speed of the ship allowed plenty of pictures to be taken.
