The scenery everyday is awesome. Going through the locks was very interesting.
Butlers and bartenders were friendly knowledgeable and attentive. Food was delicious and varied. I am allergic to shellfish and felt they could have done a better job of ensuring that there was options when shellfish was on the menu. Portobellos the Portuguese restaurant was excellent with magnificent service. The evening Crystal dining room had a varied menu. We found the service very slow on the nights that the speciality service/restaurants were open.
Loved the butler service for morning coffee! Relaxed before breakfast and enjoyed the scenery.

Cabin Balcony suite
Small but efficient bathroom very functional. The hairdryer could not be plugged into the outlet in the bathroom and requires me to use the desk outlet. I was told this was a safety issue which does not make sense and there was an outlet in the bathroom. Great amenities. Housekeeping was very good
