Viking provides their customers with top of the line service, amenities, cuisine, tours and entertainment. As our first cruise, we wanted a premier experience with ease of planning and execution. Viking met and exceeded our expectations. They make sure that you are treated with kid gloves from the phone call to their excellent customer service agents, to flight planning, transportation to/from the ship, and room accommodations.

Our cabin was first class with a spacious veranda, bathroom/shower, amenities, king size bed, wide screen TV and closet. We toke advantage of all the entertainment and education seminars which were first class. The included shore excursions were perfectly executed and the right amount of time, allowing us to get off the luxury buses several times, and return to the ship for lunch and then take the ship side buses to the local town(s) for shopping and eateries.

We have two other cruises and river cruises scheduled as a result, and Viking is providing excellent discounts for returning customers.
