I selected this cruise because the port was close to home and I didn’t have to drive or fly anywhere. The ship is very modern and nice. There were many activities on the boat and the food was good. I love the touch screen TV’s on every floor, you can make reservations on them too. I also love the itinerary they left the night before for the following day. We got the drink package and Specialty restaurant deal. We ate at the steak house which was delicious, the moderno (Brazilian) and the Cucina (Italian) were okay. The drink package was good many selections and top brands, but you need to request or else they’ll give you the house brands. The only thing I don’t like is they don’t include bottle water. Bermuda was beautiful, definitely stop at horseshoe bay. We didn’t do any excursions because we traveled with our young children and there weren’t too many options for young kids. My kids did partake in the children's camp, they have many activities for the kids all ages. Now the bad. Our personal rep owed us an on board credit and he did not give it to us, I would call him and he would not answer my calls. I called guest services to complain and they don’t care, I left voicemails, spoke to supervisors and got no answers. The money I spent on this cruise was not worth it. Our bathroom smelled like urine the first day we arrived, I called housekeeping to clean it but no one came. My husband got food poison that night at the Manhattan Room restaurant, he lost a whole day because he was so sick. The pool deck chair situation is TERRIBLE, a bunch of chairs with towels and bags and no one sitting on them. The worst part is the staff doesn’t enforce their 60 minutes rule policy. It’s packed during sea days and the children’s water park area is even worse, it’s a bad layout. Nowhere to sit and very small. Overall we had a nice time and made the best of it.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

The balcony rooms are the way to travel, love the open space and being able to sit on my balcony and watch the sun set was great.

New York (Manhattan)

The Mahattan terminal was clean and there were lines but did move in an orderly fashion.
