We chose this cruise because we wanted to sail the Baltic and visit primarily St. Petersburg. We had been on 3 prior Viking River Cruises and weren't sure that we would like an ocean cruise with more passengers. But we were surprised at how intimate the 900+ passenger ship felt. The ship is truly beautiful, offering many amenities. We made lots of new friends, thoroughly enjoyed each port visit, including Stockholm and Copenhagen. Would highly recommend it.

We thought embarkation would be a problem with so many passengers, but it was a breeze. Viking truly has its passenger comfort in mind in the process and design of its ships.

The staff are wonderful. They are always trying to anticipate a passenger's needs. They all have a positive, "can do" attitude on all requests. Read more
