My first cruise was on a royal Caribbean and it was wonderful all the way around . This time I chose a Princess Star Cruise. Because I had heard it was a higher end cruise I did not mind spending the extra money... it was definitely a let down. Various toilets all over the ship were stopped up the entire trip. The food felt as if I were having leftovers for the first three days at the buffet area. Most everything on the bar was the same each day at breakfast and lunch with a few changes. A lot of items did not taste fresh made. Coffee dispenser did not work properly some of the times they put out water I went through three coffee cups one day before I found a clean one. The man in front of me laughed and said it takes three. Dinner in the main dining room was also disappointing . Lobster was rubbery and did not taste fresh, NY strip and fish were delicious. The rest of the meals were nothing to write home about. Service In the main dining room was excellent. The comedy show was fantastic. The rest of the entertainment was good . I would consider this a low-key cruise more geared for seniors or someone looking for a more laid-back relaxed atmosphere I definitely would not call it a party ship.

BEDS were great. There were four of us traveling together and we all felt the same way. I personally do not feel the princess cruise was worth the extra money
