The embarkation and disembarkation were very organized and smoothly executed. No long waits or confusion about where to meet . There were always plenty of staff to direct and help you.
The ship was immaculate and the wait staff and room stewards were great. However the staff at the Service desk weren't well trained. They couldn't answer many questions and weren't very helpful at finding out the answers to questions asked especially about tours. They just read the description of what was written in the travel book given to us before the trip.
The food was outstanding with plenty of choices for all sorts of appetites and the servers were personable and helpful. The service was superb and the wine choices were always good and complimented the meal.
Cabin Review
Nice cabin, like all the Viking cruises we've been on. Good sizes of shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and body cream so you didn't have to mess with trying to get product out of small bottles. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Easy to adjust temperature.
Our room was in a very quiet area with laundry room down the hallway. How nice to be able to wash a few clothes as needed. Very nice amenity with iron and ironing board right there! A big plus for that.
