I have been on a Viking cruise before and really liked it. I have always wanted to go to Norway so this was a perfect choice. The ship was excellent in every way. The food was also excellent, I especially liked The Chef's Table. We ended up going there twice and both meals were spectacular. The entertainment on board was perfect in that it had a calming quality to it. Our cabin was nice in every way including the staff that cleaned and made sure we were comfortable. All of the activities were very much as described. I did lots of biking and enjoyed all of it. It was always nice to get back to the ship to relax. The concert at the port of Oslo will probably be the best concert I will experience in my life. It was such a treat to be entertained by Ah-Ha and Andrea Bocelli.

The only difficulty we had it that we were traveling as friends. All correspondence treated us as partners. Only one of us would get messages and we don't see each other that often so we felt there was a lack of communication. Even the gifts on board, which were very nice, seemed to be for a shared household. This trip is a memory I will always cherish.
